Network Engineer (NOC)

We are looking to expand our team with an experienced NOC Network Engineer with experience in public clouds who will help us to ensure that we meet our customers' demands of service delivery and quality of service. The position implies working with the latest technology stack and constant growth within the role. We will work together to improve clients' infrastructure development, configuration management, continuous integration, and delivery processes to guarantee reliability, availability, and high performance of the underlying environments. This is a full-time, remote, and long-term position.
Responsibilities
  • Support scalable network solutions to address a variety of business challenges;
  • Provision and troubleshoot carrier transport and IP transit circuits;
  • Troubleshoot network failures and performance issues;
  • Identifying, monitoring, and defining requirements of the overall security of the corporate network;
  • Communicate with Customers and Running a bridge for incident resolution and escalation needed;
Qualifications
  • Excellent Troubleshooting Skills;
  • 5+ years of Networking experience;
  • 3+ years of Active NOC Experience;
  • 3+ years of Juniper Experience;
  • 3+ years of Cisco iOS Experience;
  • Strong Networking understanding (BGP, SDWAN, VRF, VRRP, NAT, IPv6);
  • Kamailio, RTPengine and FreeSwitch knowledge (config file preparation from scratch);
  • kazoo cluster installation and configuration;
  • SIP call troubleshooting using PCAP
Nice to have
  • Experience working on a cloud platform (AWS, Azure) as a plus
  • Automation/Scripting Experience;
  • 4G/LTE Experience a Preferred;
  • Homer knowledge/Erlang knowledge;
  • C/C++ knowledge;
  • Program troubleshooting using GDB;
  • Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP would be a plus;
  • AWS CloudFormation stack config file preparation;
  • Linux servers administration skills;
